New Year’s Eve – December 31st

  • A sparkling welcome with a glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne Oysters & Pata Negra.
  • Quail with goat cheese,balsamic vinegar and raspberry.
  • A shooter of tiger shrimp bisque served with langoustine.
  • Lionfish served with veal sweetbread and a foam of champagne.
  • Venison and dark chocolate with green asparagus.
  • Assorted cheeses accompanied by homemade nut bread and a compote of fig.
  • Tropical sorbet.
  • Midnight toast: Moët & Chandon Champagne, traditional Dutch “Oliebollen” and fireworks.
