New Year’s Eve – December 31st
- A sparkling welcome with a glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne Oysters & Pata Negra.
- Quail with goat cheese,balsamic vinegar and raspberry.
- A shooter of tiger shrimp bisque served with langoustine.
- Lionfish served with veal sweetbread and a foam of champagne.
- Venison and dark chocolate with green asparagus.
- Assorted cheeses accompanied by homemade nut bread and a compote of fig.
- Tropical sorbet.
- Midnight toast: Moët & Chandon Champagne, traditional Dutch “Oliebollen” and fireworks.
